Bookiply Holiday Rentals – Cancellation Policy

At Bookiply Holiday Rentals, we value flexibility and want our guests to feel comfortable booking their stay with confidence. We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and for this reason, we offer the following cancellation terms:

Full Refund (100%)
Guests are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount if the reservation is canceled up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date and time. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Cancellations Within 2 Days of Arrival
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled check-in will not be eligible for a refund. This ensures fairness to our property partners, who reserve the accommodation exclusively for each booking.

How to Cancel

Guests can request a cancellation directly through the booking platform or by contacting our customer support team.

The time of cancellation is based on the local time of the property booked.

Special Considerations
In the event of extraordinary circumstances (such as government travel restrictions or verified emergencies), Bookiply reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, aiming to provide the most fair and supportive outcome possible.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued promptly; however, please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
