Cancellation & Refund

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed securely and communicated to you via email.
