These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the relationship between Bookiply Holiday Rentals (hereinafter “the Agency”) and its customers, whether they are guests booking holiday rentals or property owners offering accommodations through the Agency. By making a booking or listing a property, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
Bookiply Holiday Rentals acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. The Agency ensures professional listing management, booking coordination, and secure handling of payments.
For guests, the Agency provides a user-friendly booking platform with verified properties.
For property owners, the Agency assists in promoting their rentals, managing reservations, and facilitating payouts.
Guests search for their preferred destination and dates via the Agency’s platform.
After selecting a property, a booking request is submitted.
The Agency confirms availability and sends the necessary documents (rental contract and invoice).
A reservation is finalized only after the rental contract is signed and payment has been received in full according to the invoice details.
Payments must be made by the deadlines specified in the invoice.
Accepted payment methods are listed in the booking confirmation.
Failure to pay within the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed securely and confirmation sent by email.
Guests must provide accurate personal details when booking.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
Any damages caused must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
Property owners guarantee that the information provided in the listing (description, facilities, photos) is accurate and up to date.
The property must meet all local legal and safety requirements.
The owner is responsible for ensuring the property is clean and ready for guests upon arrival.
The Agency is not liable for disruptions, accidents, or damages that occur during the guest’s stay at the property.
The property owner is solely responsible for the condition and safety of their property.
The Agency is only responsible for the correct execution of booking services and payment handling.
Any complaints regarding the property must be reported to the Agency immediately upon check-in. The Agency will mediate between the guest and the property owner to find a fair solution.
The Agency complies with applicable data protection regulations. Personal data is collected only for the purpose of processing bookings and will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete the reservation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Bookiply Holiday Rentals is registered. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Agency’s registered office.
If any provision of these GTC is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
